They say the beginning was chaotic and confusing, yet promising and exciting. In 2012 when Cousins Maine Lobster hit the streets in LA, they had one truck, a small staff, and very little restaurant experience. Thankfully, they had passion and an amazing product. From day one, people would line up 50 to 60 people deep.
A few years later on Shark Tank, they explained how they wanted to grow the concept and got one of the “sharks” to invest. Dozens of trucks now sell their famous lobster rolls around the country.
They’ve just opened their first international location in Taiwan with an eye to more in the future. https://soundcloud.com/afreshagenda/jim-sabin-from-cousins-maine
